Had two completely different experiences on similar type deliveries. First one was absolutely brilliant and top quality. Manager in charge of deliveries kept good communication and driver was very helpful and unloaded pallets exactly where I wanted.Next time experience was completely different. Arrived hour later than the time frame was given, start moaning that he cannot unload pallets. Than he rung to his manager, gave load of excuses not to unload delivery. I rung the company afterwards and person on the other end of the line was not helpful at all, gave same excuses and started talk about rules and regulations etc.It amazes me how two different drivers and their managers can deliver two absolutely opposite quality of services. And following last experience I will not use them anymore and strongly recommend not to use for the others as clearly when you have the same conditions you can get perfect service or, like in my situation, massive inconvenience and ruined plans.

Delivered relatively promptly but the delivery lorry was too big for our site which meant that the item delivered was dropped off on a pallet quite some way from our site garage. Not very good!

Started using this company after another local company proved to be useless. Very quick response time for collections and deliveries. Also really helpful and responsive office staff. Would highly recommend for any business.

A good transport company...all driver's and office staff do their best to please customers often under very difficult condition's.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Kelly for a job that I required. I went with the company for their keen pricing initially but their service, updates and communication were also 1st class throughout. Would highly recommend and I will definitely use again.

Delivery was prompt, driver was polite and goods were in perfect condition

Shame this company has decided to pick up or drop off products to MBR acres in Huntington..this facility breeds beagle puppies for life and pain in laboratory’s..I am suprised this company would want its name connected to this place
