Sharon Hanton Reflexology

I’ve had several sessions of facial reflexology with Sharon and I can honestly say it’s one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. During the treatments I’ve had a range of sensations from crackling in my sinuses to a rapid onset headache that went as fast as it came on so it was definitely releasing something, but one thing that was the same after every treatment was the restful sleep I had that night. As a long term insomniac I couldn’t believe how easily I fell asleep and how well I slept.The treatment room is immaculate and being able to hear the birds chirping in her garden makes the whole experience all the more relaxing. Definitely something I’d like to continue with and 100% recommend others give it a try.

Had a lovely face and foot reflexology with Sharon this afternoon. Was so relaxed I fell asleep - numerous times! She has a lovely, calm, quiet room and fabulous Neil's Yard products to use on her clients and also for sale to buy. Definitely recommended.
