AA Drainaway

Dragged dirty rods through my house (I would have expected them to be inside a bag, did not check the toilets himself, was here 5 mins and charged £60 to rod a drain, no power flush, no inspection and then led the by now even dirtier hose back through my house (again where is the toolbag to put these rods away in) I have complained and my complaint has been ignored and the toilets are still backing up through my bath plug hole - do yourself a favour and use another company very poor service indeed! Turns out he is a criminal & served time!!!! I can't believe I had him in my home!!!!!!!!!!!

He did a good job of finding the issue and unblocked the drain, however the price went up by 30% which wasn't so great. the excuse being I was rude to him on the phone, because I was trying to find someone to come out on a Friday evening and asked if I could call back in 30mins if I couldn't find someone that evening.So good service just watch out for ex uses to bump up the price

Drains thoroughly blocked from manhole to main sewer. Alan to the rescue!! Came out and in half an hour had solved the problem with his specialist pressure washer. Great piece of kit !!All sorted , great price (much less than other quotes) and a little bit of friendly advice to stop the problem happening again.Full marks all round.
