The team at classic alarms have been servicing my house alarm system for several years and I have always found them friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I feel they offer excellent value for money and always make an appearance when they say they are going to turn up. A good job always well done!

I recently hired Classic Alarms to install a security system in my new home and would definitely recommend them. Everybody involved in the process was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Cath has an excellent telephone manner and was very helpful in getting our job booked in. James, who fitted the alarm was absolutely fantastic. He knew exactly what he was doing and didn't mind all the questions we were firing at him! There was lots of banter throughout the day and I can't fault his work at all. I was worried about the mess but James cleaned up after himself and the finishing where he fitted the sensors etc is mint. All the cables etc are well hidden and very tidy. James was very thorough right from the beginning when he came round to quote the job and up to the end when he showed us how to operate the system. A special shout out to Billy who popped in especially to climb into the loft space through a tiny hatch to get some cabling in! I wouldn't hesitate in using these guys again :) Thank you so much!

Kath, James and Jamie did a fantastic job with installing a wired Pyronix Alarm System. The workmanship and customer service is of the highest quality. The team were able to answer queries quickly and came back to resolve anything I was not happy about. The team went out of the way to install the alarm to the exact specifications I requested whereas other contractors hesitated. The team were always polite and not overly pushy in terms of selling me additional services. The Price was fair and represented excellent value for money. The team did not leave any mess behind either and always arrived on time during the process of the alarm installation. Overall a very professional service and I would have no hesitation in recommending to potential clients.

Had this company fit our house alarm back in 2011, has worked very well ever since with occassional simple maintenance by myself (battery changes, walk throughs, etc). Developed an issue more recently which is when I contacted Classic Alarms for their support. Spoke with James who provided me with instruction over the phone and arranged for him to visit. He arrived, swiftly diagnosed the problem. He explained clearly and concisely what the issue was. Provided me with a couple of options and cost implications. James was professional and courteous. He provided further troubleshooting advice as we hope to have some house renovations. Will contact them again in the future for upgrading to CCTV. Would definitely recommend their service. Best Alarm company we have dealt with, Billy came out last night when we had a problem with our alarm and was at our front door within 15 minutes of our call, he even attended today to check everything is ok and done a service.thank you for everything, you've made us feel safer in our home especially with a baby in the household.Billy adhered to all the COVID regulations and wore PPE.Kath has a good worker and she is the most friendliest person I have heard on the phone.

Rude, Aggressive & Threatening Behaviour..On Mon 21st March @ 14.48Asked the trades person politely to re-park his van - he was awkwardly parked occupying 2-3 spaces,..Felt threatened by his behaviour, and did not wish to enter into a discussion, he kept asking aggressively why I taking a photo of his van -to prove in evidence.He started making exuses saying he could not park any other way, he did repark his van but the whole incident could easily have been avoided.

Classic Alarms Ltd once again have done a great job fitting an alarm system in my new home. The installation went very smoothly and ongoing support is excellent.

Had the pleasure of dealing with company earlier today. Sadly I cannot remember the ladies name (apologies). It was refreshing to still see there is outfits out there with customer service at the forefront. I rang with an issue with an ADT alarm system to see if they could assist. As promised she rang back within the hour. Sadly they could not help due to ADT not giving reset codes. ( Avoid ADT at all costs, they lock you in and once you cancel your equipment you bought in good faith becomes useless ). I will be sure to use Classic in the future.

We had a fault with our alarm and it had not been serviced for some time, Classic alarms came out and quoted for the repair and other essential work. Jamie came out last week and carried out all the work agreed. Really happy with the service and would recommend
