Elite Dry Cleaner & Launderette

AMAZING SERVICE! So I have to leave a positive review of Elite Dry Cleaners because I popped in with a request for last minute alterations, dry cleaning and laundry which I needed for the next day and Saima (hopefully I have the correct spelling) was more than happy to help to which I am so grateful for as it took away a lot of stress. Other staff also recommended specific alterations to get a better fit which I wouldn't of thought of otherwise so I am very grateful to them. I highly recommend this place they clearly look after their customers :) Thank you.Matthew.

I have been using Elite Dry Cleaners for a while for alterations and my family dry cleaning. The service is amazing. Friendly, value for your money and great advice given also. If you care about your clothes.I highly suggest to everyone Elite Dry Cleaners they are excellent in Dry Clean your clothes and also Alteration in Hayes... Excellent service. Staff are pleasent and helpful. I used the tailoring service for my suits to be altered. The alteration was perfect. Highly recommended

Usually I can't be bothered to leave reviews but in this case I almost feel obligated to warn you guys: this was literally the worst ever service wash experience I ever had. It is not only that it was the most expensive service I have ever paid for (£35 after haggling £5 off; usually I pay £20 for the same service at other places) but also because my clothes came back as a hectic unorganized mess. Different types of clothes mixed up with each other and folded inconsistently. I had to spend 20 minutes to sort things out instead of just chucking everything on the shelf in 2 minutes. Please avoid using this company if you can. Hopefully, they go bankrupt sooner rather than later and some honest people can take over.

It is very busy with a long wait time (in the afternoon on weekends at least)! There are only two working tumble dryers. It would be a lot quicker to walk to the next laundrette

Void at all costs, when you pay for a service you expect it to be completed not with this shop. Took x4 trousers to be tailored, not completed fully, then took them back with a sample pair and got them back yesterday and they still the same, from my personal experience just avoid them. Unfortunately it’s been a bad experience
