Tenpin Glasgow

We booked for our son's birthday party (last year and this year again). It's a very good experience for kids as well as adults.Today our party host Erin did a wonderful job, she helped us with everything, engaged all the kids, played mini games with them, Arranged cake cutting, pizzas and everything else. She is really great and we appreciate her for everything.The only improvement I want to see is about food, we only have a choice of pizza as a party food, there should be more options to choose from as not all kids like pizza. (Last year we had a choice of chicken nuggets if I remember correctly).I booked online, well in advance, process is smooth. Last year 4 invitees didn't turn up, so booking money was wasted.This year again 2 invitees backed out after initially accepting and booking, so I called the customer support and they sorted this out for me by giving me a new booking and refunded the amount in my account for cancellations. I wasn't expecting this and I was just trying to see if it's possible (again this was well in advance around 7 days).I really appreciate Tenpin management and customer support.

My friends, myself and my son all have great fun whenever we visit the bowling ally and arcade, the staff are always lovely and happy to help and are always cleaning the ally areas after each party of guests leave, very family friendly and fun for all ages.

Came here for my partners birthday with my partner and his family. Had a good time here, bowling was fun! Although sometimes the machine would knock pins down by accident so they would knock down before bowling ball got there which I haven’t seen before when I’ve been bowling, the machine took away a throw and didn’t give a strike. Overall had a good time, probably would come back! It looked like there was a good arcade with a variety of different machines, as well as a cafe too, but didn’t pay too much attention to these areas.

Only picture I actually took, to obvs share myself winning score as you do. Nice bowling area nice arcade area and ok drinks and prices. If you are looking for a cheap date night, or just a fun time at bowling this is ideal could maybe do with a makeover to catch up with other competitors.I’ve gave an extra star simply for the blonde haired guy at the bar. When you go or if you have been you will know what I mean legit a looks like was man made by god

Birthday party and kids had a fantastic time. Would recommend only booking one game as the under 7s enjoyed the first game and abandoned the second for the arcade. Kaitlynn the party host was great with the kids and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

The staff in this bowling are so unhappy it’s unreal. Young boy at front desk & girl hosting the birthday party’s , both looked like they would rather be anywhere than work. Will stick to bowling at the quay, staff are more approachable there.

Recently took advantage of the December offer and got 2 games and a meal for adult and child which was great value for money. I will be honest I didn't expect much from the food but ordered a cheeseburger for me and my neice and was pleasantly surprised. I also used the QR Scan to order soft drinks to the lane meaning I didn't have to leave the little one or leave the lane unattended, which was really handy. The bowling balls were marked with stickers to highlight those that had been used and they had staff available on entry taking details for track and trace. So nice and covid friendly.My neice also had great fun in the arcade area after the bowling. She had some tickets to claim a small prize at the till, after she choose a ball she had used up her tickets but the kind staff member offered her a sweet/lollypop. Thank you. Will be back again for another auntie/neice activity day.
