I contacted Lee as I had accidentally put a nail through the water pipe and so had no hot water or heating and had a baby and needed assistance urgently. Lee was very prompt at attending my home and performed the repair quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend!

My heating had stopped working and I couldn't get any one out to look at it this side of xmas. I found Lee's details and called him. Although he was unable to see me he was able to help guide me through some potential problems and how to fix them. No one else I called offered any help like this. This advice meant I manage to fix a simple problem easily. Thank you.

Great service from Lee, who dealt with multiple issues with our boiler. He was responsive, friendly and went the extra mile to get the job done quickly and get our hot water back on. Very happy customer and will be using Lee in future for services (hopefully no more breakdowns). Definitely recommend.

We have used Lee since moving here last August for initially servicing the existing heating system and subsequently installing a new boiler. This also involved removing the old water tank and installing a small radiator in its place giving us an airing cupboard. We subsequently used him to take out an old Whirlpool bath and replace with a new bath which he managed to do without damaging a single tile despite it being a tight fit. He's always been very efficient friendly and professional with a good support service and I wouldn't hesitate in using him for my plumbing and heating requirements.

Lee fitted us in for an emergency visit at short notice (pipe damage by an electrician) and completed a very effective permanent repair. The advice he gave regarding our 20 year old CH system was also appreciated. We've since booked him for a 'maintenance' visit.

Having a serious problem with our central heating and a local heating engineer visited but could not find the problem.Got in touch with Beacons Gas & Plumbing who visited quickly and whilst struggling to find the problem Lee continued until he sorted it all out. I would recommend Beacons Gas and Plumbing to all,Lee made a very good job, clean tidy and very efficient. Thank you for a very good job.

Called them on a Monday after an emergency with the pressure, Lee came out in 20 minutes, resolved the issue and rebooked for a service within two weeks which he carried out with the highest customer service (during the winter period mind).He was friendly and explained the issue with me, very informative and professional.Will be using his company each year for service and for a number of small jobs which he was happy to take on.Cannot fault them!

Lee has fitted a new boiler for me and a few other jobs in my house (connecting radiators, gas cooker etc). All were done very professionally and to very high standard, despite my house not having any straight walls! Lee is very patient with me as I do tend to ask a lot of questions, and he has offered me advice for current and future projects. Always responds quickly to messages and arrives when he says he will. Would highly recommended.
