All Care (GB) Ltd

Hi my name is pippa I am writing about my experience with a company called all care I been with them for just over 2 months now and in my folder it sead light house work jobs like washing up hoovering putting a wash on and hanging it out some do and some say it's not in there job to do that so I have to struggle to do it myself witch it's not easy for me to do cos I am a double amputated and permanently in a wheelchair so it's very hard for me to manage there is one man care that always turns up very early like the outher day he turned up 2hr and 45 minutes early for my breakfast call and he comes in on his own and does not wait for the female care to come I so don't feel happy with that and his attitude towards me is not very nice and when I kneed personal care he does nuthing to help the female care I have brought this up with the management of all care on several occasions and asked them not to have him look arfter any more but he still does and tonight the 3rd of June 23 my bed time call was at 7pm and they never showed up at all so I will be left with out care for 17hrs so to me that is the last straw so please think very hard hard with going with all care cos my name for them is all no care.

Brilliant care staff

All the carers are brilliant except for the odd one or two it's the actual company that's a big disappointment. Over heard a member of staff making racist comments whilst speaking to my relative complained to the company by phone and letter and was told that as I wasn't down as the primary carer there was nothing they could do. Over heard the same woman making similar remarks again the other day so decided to leave this review. Disgusting in my opinion but I doubt the company will do anything again.

Some of the staff are brilliant and they deserve huge praise. But unfortunately those who are rubbish really are rubbish. Management do not return your calls when you complain. My dad was left filthy and was told they would investigate.... Heard nothing.

Only a few decent carers left that know what they are doing management are a waste of space and so are the allocators they don’t know how to look after their staff or clients sending carers out when they feel like it without contacting anyone changing times etc when they feel like it half the staff haven’t got a clue what they are doing so haven’t been trained correctly only sending one person out when my nan needs two this has happened a lot also only allowed to do certain things as they haven’t been trained waste of time contacting them as they try and fob you off and nothing gets done anyway never had any staff that come to my nan over the Christmas which was already marked in when we had snow no one showed up now looking in to different care agencies that can care for my nan properly would not recommend this company what so ever stay well clear

Amazing company to work for, I love my job!

I want to give a special mention to both Ella and Tiggy. They are absolutely amazing with my dad and have great enthusiasm. They leave my dad smiling, clean and happy. Thank you

Used for about 4 years seen changes not always for the best but they do try.

All care is a great company to work for, I recently joined around 3 months ago and I really enjoy it. Everyone is approachable and always happy to help. There’s a great atmosphere within the company!

Carers,most of them are good.Management side are completely useless lying idiots.Personally I don't think All Care are any better than other Agencies.All care make the times suit themselves,not the patients needs.
