We went to this store on 31st August to purchase a Ring battery pack. My husband checked, there were 3 in stock in aisle 18 according to website. We couldn't find them anywhere in that aisle. I went to ask a staff member who grudgingly checked and told me they would be in aisle 19. They weren't! It was full of cables and door handles. We went outside, sat in the car and ordered on click and collect. Had to wait for an hour before collection but seemed easier than getting a staff member who was interested in actually helping.

Returned faulty garden hose and picked a more robust , slightly cheaper hose. Absolutely no problem and they refunded the difference. The young lady serving was very helpful and polite.
