AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Took our money, didn’t deliver a container, didn’t call us back, didn’t refund the full amount.Absolute SCAM please don’t make the same mistake we did. STAY AWAY.The good reviews must be family & friends. They’ve got enough 1 Stars for you to be wary.

Just wanted to say what an absolute pleasure it was doing business with you. We ordered a 20ft one-trip container and it was delivered today. Great customer service all the way through from sales to delivery. I had to phone a number of times and staff were always avaible on the phone, friendly and helpful. The delivery driver was excellent, very efficient and polite and took trouble to check the container was positioned exactly where we wanted it and then he tested the doors and explained the locking to us. Overall really happy that we've received an excellent product at a great price!

Purchased one of their flat pack containers. Sale guy Chris insured me delivery would be straight forward and how wrong he was. He informed me on the morning of delivery it would be with me at 1pm so I arranged for a crew of guys to be around to put it up. 1pm came and went with no sign of the container. I spoke with one of Chris colleagues who informed me that delivery at 1pm had not be confirmed and that the driver wasn’t even in Bristol yet and that my deliver was sheduled to be dropped off last! I asked if they would contact the driver and ask him to change his delivery slot which they said they would do. It was gone 6pm by the time the driver arrived and swore blind he hadn’t been asked to change the order of his deliveries. A wasted afternoon for my crew. When I contacted Chris again he really didn’t care and offered no compensation. Very disappointing will never use again I suggest you avoid to!

**************WARNING***************Cleveland container do not sell brand new / 1 Trip containers.They make you sign a document before they even accept a order basically agreeing to any damage THEY deem as acceptable.Staff never return calls and are rude.I should have known when I had trouble getting someone to even contacting me back but I was swayed by their flashy website and bombardment of emails.Different prices for different people also, had my husband to contact them and they quoted him £500 less!I used Containers Direct in the end which are a much better more genuine company and cheaper.

Ordered container to be delivered Monday morning. Was delivered placed on a slopped flat surface. Driver said 'that is on an uneven surface' I asked 'does it matter' he replied 'no'. Container would no lock so I phoned Cleveland containers who I have phoned 5 times about this they said it would be £130 to move container inches. Still waiting for a phone call back after repeatedly phoning up. Paid £2022 for a container, pad lock and delivery and I cant even use the container as it wont lock.

I have ordered 3 used containers from this company and we have received them and everything was great . Load them with stock up to a celling . After 3 months we had to move some stock around and we have found some wet boxes and saw water dripping from very old patch on the celling. We took a picture and contacted cleveland containers ( Andrew and manager Richard ) and I have been told that it is past 3 months ( exactly 3 months and 8 days and that they can not see the hole on the picture! Why would I contact you if there would be no hole?!?! Basically they have offered someone to come over and inspect but they would charge £200-£300 for the visit . This product is made of stainless steel and guaranteed to be delivered watertight and waterproof ... this company does not check theor containers and during the hottes summer in UK for many years we were unable to check if there are holes or no as there was no much rain and when the container is filled with stock up to a celling you can not see if the water is coming through. from the conversation It seems they know exactly that there is a hole but just because 3 months has passed they absolutely don't care and make all excuses in the world simply not to help. AVOID them at any cost .
