I've been needing a new boiler to replace my 17year old combi for a while now, and after some shopping about arranged for Gordon from NPH to manage my install. He arrived at 08:00am sharp as promised and promptly began work. He took great care to protect my home, carefully laying down drop cloths and padding over all furniture and meticulously tidying and removing debris as the work progressed throughout the day.The installation took in the region of 7 hours which I thought was fair given the work involved, and other than the shiny new boiler, you'd never have known the work had taken place. I was concerned it would be quite disruptive while I worked from home but my fears were unfounded. Gordon took the time to take me through the controls and get my timers set up for the cold weather that was to follow over the next few days. He took Covid19 precautions seriously too, making sure to always wear his mask and only touch what was necessary. All in he was a pleasure to have in the house.If you're in the need of a boiler installation or any other work that they cover then I can't recommend him highly enough.
