Derbyshire is like a second home to us, and we were recommended this little jewel in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside. Vikki and Tim always had time to stop for a chat, very welcoming, freindly and helpful. Perfect location for exploring the surrounding area.. we will be back... so long as its not fully booked from you guys reading this review!Part 2. Back again for another week! We love this place. It's become our anniversary bolt hole. So much to explore in the area, good local pubs with good food. Lots of walks. Certainly a hidden gem. We'll be back next year!

Netherton Hall Holiday Cottages and Livery Yard
Fourth time here. Stayed three times in Dumble cottage and once in Winn cottage with extended family. Lovely base for exploring Derbyshire. Owners, Tim and Vicky, are on site and very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The swimming pool is amazing. Booked on a daily basis of two sessions a day. We will definitely be back. Dog friendly.

Beautifully restored 17th-Century outbuildings with a fantastic private swimming pool. Only a mile to Carsington Water for walking & cycling, and some lovely pubs & restaurants in the area.

Incredibly clean, well appointed and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. Very helpful and friendly staff. Stunning views. A lovely setting to either relax or walk in scenery or explore the beautiful Peak District. Would thoroughly recommend

Netherton Hall Holiday Cottages and Livery Yard
We had a great time in the cottage. It had all the essentials, it was clean, the pool was just perfect and the location made it easy to get to lots of nearby attractions. Hosts were kind and approachable but not intrusive. We stayed with two young children and the place was just spot on for a young family like ours.

A great location with fantastic accommodation. We had three of the four cottages and had poor weather for May but the family re-union managed local walks/attractions in the mornings with the grandchildren enjoying the heated indoor swimming pool in the afternoons. Accommodation was very flexible with all of us eating in one of the cottages each meal. Tim and Vikki were most hospitable, both before in the planning stage and when we arrived. A great place and the family want to return next year! - praise indeed!! Rachel and Paul

We had the best weekend away here. It was a birthday treat for my husband and the cottage was PERFECT so cozy & comfortable with a warm welcome from the hosts. A chilled time eating, writing postcards and bubble bath in the roll top bath. Wonderful treat - we visited Kedlestone hall which was lovely as well as Bakewell. Beautiful countryside and lots to see and do.

This place is beautiful. We stayed in The Woodshed such a gorgeous well maintained accommadation with a full welcome pack. The swimming pool is gorgeous and spotless. The hosts were really welcoming. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
