Diana and Steph were amazing, understanding and we're very accommodating to get Luna seen right away when she was ill. The care we received was second to none and I would highly recommend Kingston thorngumbald to anyone that needs care for their much loved pet

Oooooo so lovely..when your distressed worrying..there so sweet .. Are little monster was poorly..eat cooked pork ..big no No..they sorted her out so quick ..Little injection..bland food ..job done ✔️

The staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable and genuinely care about the animals. Have been using this vets for around 7 years and have never been dissatisfied. The staff are always eager to help and ensure that they provide the best treatment possible.

Fantastic staff. So helpful friendly and compassionate. Took my furbaby Mickey in yesterday he has a nasty burn on his back they treated him so well. Today had to call them back cos he couldn't stand up or walk he was dragging his back legs. They advised me to get him straight in. They couldn't do enough for him welcoming him back like he was one of their own. Has to be kept in but because I hadn't took his meds in with me they even arranged for me to be driven back home ( it would have been about a 2hr round trip on the bus for me if they hadn't) to get his meds then for them to be driven back to the practice to pick up Mickey to take him to another surgery in Hull for sedation for xrays. I live in Withernsea So that whole trip would have taken around 4 hours not including the 2hrs to get back home from Hull.Was given different options and the costs upfront all along the way. Don't get me wrong it's not cheap but then what vets are?!Hopefully they'll be able to get him back to good health. Fingers crossed.

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Gave me a home visit when i had poorly kitten, and now Alfie my dog loves going for visits to see steph and brioni. A highly recommended veterinary group, with competitive prices too. A great addition to Thorngumbald.
