Josh managed the valuation, listing, viewings and offer process and was always available with good insight on the market, my sale and what to expect, as well as good advice on my onward purchase. Once I'd accepted an offer, Ruby took over the sales progression and she couldn’t have been more helpful. I really appreciated her tenacity in chasing up my buyer's painfully unresponsive solicitor, and keeping the other agents in the chain up to date. Buying and selling in a chain is a far smoother process when communication is good, and Ruby helped ensure that it was.
