We appointed George Duff from Savills Cobham to arrange a high-profile three month short let over the summer for our large country mansion. We tried to let it out ourselves via AirBnB and other portals without any luck. Thanks to Savills premium client base we managed to find the perfect tenant over the summer rather than many holiday guests. We were very pleased with the outcome.
