Just made my first purchase from Pulman Skoda Durham. I had a very pleasant experience and Dave has been extremely helpful throughout whole process. Since it was a used car, it needed a few touch ups of the paintwork which was done to exceptional standard. Smooth process throughout and I'd definitely recommend!

Couldn’t recommend David Nichols enough! Visited Skoda Durham to have a look for a new car and he made the process so easy for me (being THE most indecisive person in the world) he had so much patience while looking at multiple cars and didn’t make me feel like a bit of bother! We finally managed to find the perfect car and I can’t wait to go pick it up! Found the car I was looking for on AutoTrader and went to see it locally. Met Theo Harrison on site who showed me around the car and out for a test drive. No pressure selling and agreed to buy the car having agreed a fair trade in. Theo kept me fully informed of the cars progress and the following day it was ready to collect having been serviced, put through a new mot, a thorough valet and the 12 months warranty and breakdown cover is a huge bonus. I can’t thank Theo and Pulman enough for making it an enjoyable experience and I will not hesitate recommending to family and friends.

Bought our used Skoda from David Nichols (Dave) just over two weeks ago and very satisfied. Dave was relaxed and informative through the entire process, not pushing us in any direction, listening to our input and making suggestions based upon what we told him. We've been driving the car for the last two weeks and it's been great. We even sent a couple of querying emails about details and get a quick and helpful response (his after sales service can't be faulted).Can't ask for better - definitely recommend.

Another pitiful valuation from Pulman Group on a used car. Our second vehicle to receive a low end offer from them, despite being immaculately presented. Following an online valuation, I received an in person offer that did not even meet the average figure quoted online (I am more than comfortable it was at that level or beyond). Within 24 hours, I received an offer from another garage that was several hundred pounds higher, who then listed it with a healthy markup, highlighting the excellent condition of the car. There are fairer/more competitive places to go than Pullman when looking to sell a used car.
