Made enquiry for new drive on RM website, then contacted swiftly and professionally by ‘local’ contractor, who started well. Didn’t realise the installs are just passed on to contractors when making enquiry. Made good progress on first day but started to go downhill from there. Friendly enough but underlying quality just isn’t there. Left us in a terrible mess at times and some of the work on drain connections was appalling. Final drive looks level and solid surface but bottom 3rd nearer road is a different shade. Both RM and contractor have said that different shade will settle but 6 weeks on, still the same. Shame as a bit less BS and underlying quality would have meant a happy customer. Not sure there is a true warranty. It appears warranty is purely on the top surface from RM, the base and ground works is separate so no true formal warranty on the overall work. I expect if any structural problems develop later, then contractor will blame RM and/or vice versa for any problems. Will have to refinish/repair drain connection myself. Apart from cosmetic colour difference, it looks nice, only time will tell if it does fade to look consistent and ultimately lasts.

Really helpful. Love the product did my garden in oyster. Delivery separates the pallet but these guys were superstars and fixed the delivery company error asap.

I have been using Resin Mill products for years and cannot recommend them enough.Amazing company to order from, their experience in this industry and knowledge of products is the reason I continue to use them to this day. I order the day before with an always helpful sales team and always receive what i need with no stress and on time the next day.When i began installing they were always on hand to answer any questions or help with any queries. My team have been trained through the years on the handy course they offer too!The range of colours and products they offer compared to other suppliers is great and i love having the ability to offer my customers products at the forefront of the industry!

Our “Ireland green” By The Resin Mill Ltd. drive was installed in late summer 2017 by Cheshire Resin Driveways.Within one year we had the installer back out to assess “crumbling” which had begun to occur on a couple of parts of the drive. Point to note we had a full UV stable resin product installed and were told this product was guaranteed for 10 years and lifetime for the colour.When the installer visited he arranged a report by the manufacturer The Resin Mill Ltd. This report apparently found that the “Ireland green” had been found to be “faulty” and the installer Phil Higgins had other customers with the same colour reporting similar but not as severe issues. However The Resin Mill ltd and Cheshire Resin Driveways are not prepared to show us a copy of the report following two men from The resin mill ltd visiting and poking additional holes in the driveway with a screwdriver.According to Phil The Resin Mill Ltd. had admitted this and had offered him the replacement product at cost price. Phil told his he was negotiating this further and our drive would be repaired in late 2019 or early 2020.We have had radio silence from the installer since but have contacted The Resin Mill Ltd. And spoken to Tanya who compared our drive to a tin of baked beans and our rights were like that of a customer in a supermarket in that we can only deal with Cheshire Resin Driveways... I disagree and I actually understand that the guarantee of the product is back by The Resin Mill Ltd. I am particularly interested if you stand by “We tailor make our UV resin, ensuring it has all the required properties to form a hard wearing, durable surface.” Ours has been far from this.Tanya explained she was unable to help us and unwilling to escalate the concerns of a failing product to anybody more senior in the company. Our next step is seeking legal advice for a driveway that cost us thousands of pounds and lasted less than 12 months before deteriorating.

Training was great and they were very knowledgeable and professional.
