Try to phone, call ended. Finally get through on one and it directs to the app. Input all details on the app and it charges me for an item with a prepaid return label. And all the local DHL drop of shops won't take the item as 'invalid code'.

The way you park your yellow van is inconsiderate. You were delivery a parcel to my neighbour. And you went right up to the side of my family car. How would you feel if someone went right up to the side of your yellow van. You don't deserve one star.

Shocking communication from customer services.. lost (or stolen) parcel and every person I contact hangs up as the obviously have no resolution. Will never use the services again
