An excellent experience! The rooms are nice and clean, everything you need including towels. A very warm welcome when we arrived. Lovely friendly owners. Plenty of parking. Eateries in easy walking distance with a co-op across the road for essentials.Definitely worth a visit and stay!!

Rooms were clean and tidy, would have preferred a proper breakfast menu. However there are numerous cafes in the high street, reasonably priced. Good location for Snowdon and walks. Evening meals are hard to come by, but there is a Morrisons opposite and there is a microwave in the dining room that is for guests use.

Richard is a good and friendly host, he provides a breakfast pack early in the morning…there is a dining room with tea/coffee/kettle and a microwave. We can cook or bring in a takeaway, good Wi-Fi, nice walks around the town…

Situated in an old slate mining town the Isallt guest house is a cozy bed and breakfast with great views and comfortable rooms. The value for money is exceptional and the hosts local knowledge is brilliant, I would highly recommend the venue and would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Very clean and customer service has been above and beyond. We loved getting up to our breakfast packs and the view from our window was stunning.

Lovely place Richard is brilliant. So very kind. We came here to honeymoon away for a few quite days and they where lovely gave us a beautiful bunch of flowers and a card. Service wonderful. Rooms clean bathroom dining room everything 5 stars. Couldn't and wouldn't fault the place. Lovely and warm at winter time (November 15th 2023) just a huge thank you.

Outstanding customer service, couldn't do enough to help! Really loved collecting the breakfast bags, more than enough food! Room was a decent size, TV, hairdryer, addional warm blanket, bed was really comfy and more than enough refreshments plus free secure parking, definitely recommend! Would recommend the chippy and Mexican which was a stones throw from their B&B too.

Location is good, rooms are spacious and clean. Richard and Anne were super attentive for our staying. I highly recommend the guest house in the area. Best ever! Superstar!

Isallt Guest House
It was our first visit in North Wales. The guest house is right in the middle of the town and it’s over looking the quarries and location is just superb. Richard, the host is a pleasant person with a beautiful smile, he is quite engaging, helpful and sweet. The railways which were the main attraction for our visit is just 1-2 mins walk and one can actually see the station. I would recommend the stay to each and everyone looking for a budget place to stay

Great place to stay for our trip recently. Good value, friendly owner, definitely will look to stay again next time we visit the area. The lights could do with being turned on in the garden of an evening though; would make it much nicer when sitting out there on a warm summer's evening.
