Best Chinese Medicine centre in London :DI'm a regular costumer at this centre. I've tried several treatments, including different types of massages and acupuncture. The service is always top quality and all the members of the staff are really nice. I have recommended this place to all my friends, many of which are also now regular costumers. I brought Chinese friends and they were really pleased with the services tooI couldn't recommend it more!!!

Authentic and effective Traditional Chinese Medicine including Accupuncture! Definitely invigorating and strengthening. Interesting tea combinations too, to support the immune system and organs. Dr Ben and his team, all trained in China, are all very knowledgeable and experienced. It is possible to buy a block booking of sessions, to really reduce the price.I also see people coming in for threading, and general massage too. A popular practice, and rightly so! Nickie

I have been coming here for several years. I first came to Dr Lucy around 7-8 years ago when I was in extreme pain from lower back pain and the doctor just gave me paracetamol as usual. I never really thought of acupuncture, or believed in it, but I thought I can’t lose anything. I walked out of that place and 30 mins later my back pain disappeared (after 3 days of agony). Now, it doesn’t always happen this quick but Dr lucy was able to fix my issue on that occasion with one session. Since then, I have been going there to treat liver and gallbladder issues. She has helped me to reduce the size of my gallstone and my gallbladder pain disappeared. I now live abroad but anytime I come home, my first trip is to this place. Everyone here is so knowledgeable, ethical and kind. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. Not just for reactive treatments but preventative ones if u want to remain healthy!

I have acupuncture with Dr Ben over the last few months in my recovery from insomnia treatment. He is a lovely person and has really taken the time to understand my symptoms and support me holistically. I would definitely recommend them.

Ben Health is a high standard Chinese medicine centre. I have been there for acupuncture treatments because of sever short of breath. The symptom started during the covid-19 pandemic and it went worse when my stress from work piled on. I was so desperate because my chest pain would start even I only walked for 10 meters. Dr Ben is super. I straight away felt the obvious improving after the first treatment with him. I fully recovered after a course of regular treatments. Meanwhile, my sleeping got a lot better and less stressful thanks to the acupuncture treatments. Now, I can walk fast, I can run and I can do exercise. Dr. Ben is really a health angel. I will visit him in the near future to have some treatments to strengthen my digest system. Highly recommend!!!

I visited this centre spontaneously last week as I was in the area and had some back pain issues. The therapist was able to see me right away. I did 30mins of acupuncture and 30mins massage. My pain has been completely gone ever since! Would come back again.

After receiving acupuncture and massage from Dr.Ben. all of the discomfort in my neck and back that I had been experiencing for a long immediately disappeared and I felt more relaxed than ever! I highly recommend Ben Health to anyone.

Amazing! I have a chronic shoulder and neck problem and came to Ben health and beauty centre for treatment a few days ago. The doctor performed a professional acupuncture treatment, together with a massage by the therapist. I feel much better now, thank you very much.
