Disgusted.Ordered through Uber Eats. They accepted the order, confirmed it was being prepared, then cancelled without any communication or apology.First time we tried to use them, won't try again.

I never leave reviews however in this instance I had to. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, ice creams and waffle. All in the bin. Strawberry milkshake was extremely sweet to the point where my child had one sip and started coughing. The ice creams again extremely sweet. Yes I get it these are deserts but way too sweet. Service was poor, guy took ages considering I was the only guy there when ordering. Never again

Amazing place to have something in summer .. variety of ice cream .. good options in waffle.. milkshakes are very tasty here .. sitting arrangements are excellent.. clean and hygienic

I placed an order for take away 2 waffles and 1 ferrero milkshake and that ladies and gentleman is the most disgusting milkshake ever...if this place did not know how to make it dont advertise it as thats an insult to all the other ferrero milkshake and my husband makes it at home too and its soo much nicer...and for the price these waffles are really small no wonder it was empty on a saturday even though it recently opened...i wont be going back for sure would rather go to kaspas way better

Unfortunately 3 stars as we visited recently and the boy who had to make an order, was so slow. I know it takes time to cook it, to arrange it and so on, but it took an awful 25 minutes for a crepe with cream and strawberries, and it tastes very chewy. Yes, the shop was empty at that time.

I was really impressed with the presentation of these waffles. They were served with ice cream on top. Waffle was crispy when I took my first bite. The flavor was also great. The waffles were sweet and fluffy, and they were topped with a delicious Nuttall syrup.

An exotic ice cream and dessert parlour in the middle of St Albans Road in Watford. An interesting range of flavours on offer, which brings a USP like no other.We visited for the first time during the week, on a hot Tuesday afternoon. The shop was clean, comfortable and good with signage. We were the only people inside and was incredibly quiet.The service was friendly and offered us a few samples. We opted for the Paan and Guava in a tub. The Guava was sweet, light and delicious, while the Paan was also sweet yet packed a strong taste.Disappointed that there were not many Vegan options, hoping that there would have had more than the standard flavours you see.Overall a good first time experience. We would visit again and perhaps try other items on the menu.
