Really exceed my expectations for what the excellent services I received in this store. Matt and his team provide a professional service to my new bike, giving me a lot of advise and they are really honest and patient. Definitely recommended people who want to get a new bike. Enjoy the ride!

What an amazing company, you can tell it is run by passionate Cyclists. They have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with :). When you are spending alot of money on a bike, you want to know it's built with passion. I received the box through parcel force it was like Xmas day ♥️. When opening it was the best packed bike I've received and I've bought alot of bikes. Communications were phenomenal throughout and although I love miles away if they stock the next bike I buy I will trade again with them with any hesitation. Thanks for being awesome, great prices, great service, what more do you need :)

There is so much more to just buying a bike, and I have to say if you want to know how much more, go and visit Mathew Middleton.I have just purchased my first proper road bike and I could not be happier. The professional advice and assistance given by Mathew was absolutely first class and made the entire experience a real pleasure.The bike was set up exactly to fit me using their laser measuring technology. This along with Mathews many years of experience makes such an incredible difference to so many aspects of the ride and ownership .This type of service is difficult to find these days and is certainly not found on the internet.So if you are thinking of an investment in a quality bike, keep it local and go and have the full Bicycle Lounge experience from Mathew and the team - YOU WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED.

Visited The Bicycle Lounge on a recommendation for a repair to my son's bike and my first impressions were great - brilliant communication, good advice and repair done within timeframes given.Unfortunately when we got the bike home and my son went for a ride we discovered that the rear brake pads had been fitted either without a pin, or with the pin not secured properly, so the brakes fell apart and the bike was unridable.I completely understand that mistakes happen, and the owner replied to my email quickly which was great. But I was really disappointed that I then had to make another hours round trip to the shop to have the bike re-repaired, at a cost to myself in both fuel and time. I raised this on the phone but was told it was my only option.A disappointing experience for me this time unfortunately.

Excellent service, very friendly knowledgeable staff. I've just purchased a new bike, which as part of the service I was fitted both before pre & post purchase. This comes free with every bike plus a free 1st service anything up to 6 months down the line. Great range of bikes from high end to more affordable. Highly recommended

I purchased a new bike from The Bicycle Lounge and every part of the communications and service were first class. From the inital email contact to check if the bike I wanted was in stock, arrangement to reserve it whilst I sorted out cycle2work, making some changes to the specification, then when I went to collect, Matt came in on his day off to do a bike fit for me and set up the bike as needed. Just really a perfect experience. Try them!

I recently bought a new Pinarello bike from the Bicycle Lounge. I choose the shop, even though it meant me taking a 234 miles journey from home in Somerset and despite the fact that I could have purchased the same bike closer to home. Why, well it was because I liked the sound of their ethos and was impressed by the very positive reviews. The team were very friendly, Matt was patient, methodical and thorough in carrying the bike fit and ensuring I was completely comfortable with the process. Additionally, he took time to explain the frame registration procedure and the use of the Shimano E-TUBE app together with sharing with me the “better shifting” knowledge database.Overall, a genuinely pleasurable experience and as such I would be more than happy to recommend the shop.
