Dealing with Office Furniture London (OFL) has been a fantastic experience. I found them on the internet when I was looking for a new home office chair. Having visited several second hand furniture retailers, I decided to go for OFL for the following reasons:1) Service - from the first phone call, they built trust. They were efficient, knew their stock availability and offered good customer care.2) Knowledge - I asked OFL to set aside a specific chair. Using their expert knowledge, OFL also set aside some other options that were similar that could also work for me and I ended up buying one of these instead. Their knowledge of the range that is available is quite amazing.3) Price4) After-sales care - OFL assured me that they would be on hand to assist if any support is needed. I have since taken them up on this offer and they came out same day and were brilliant (thank you Teelay!).I really recommend OFL if you need any furniture!

Teelay and his team are amazing! They have great variety so you are likely to find what you are looking for. The furniture is in great shape. I insisted on seeing the chair so went down to their office. They had everything arranged for me to look at. Took no time and I had the chair the next day. Very friendly and helpful staff. I purchased a new chair and desk from the store. The pricing was very reasonable. It's been about a month and I have been very impressed with the desk. I had a couple of aesthetic" issues with the chair but they were extremely responsive and provided a replacement at no added charge. One my best experiences as a customer."

Absolutely fantastic service and great prices on premium chairs. The first time I ordered through them I received the chair within two days and the second time I ordered I received it in under 24 hours. Both used chairs were in good condition and 100% functional.
