Simon is one of the most helpful and friendly people I’ve come across. I called him late one Sunday evening due to a leak and he was with me first thing on the Monday morning. He went above and beyond, was quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend and definitely get him back in.

Amazing! Best plumber and heating repair we have ever found. I input the request and less than 12 hours later Simon came and fixed everything with no fuss at all. Super job and very efficient

I called Simon on a Saturday morning and left a message, he called back within in 30 minutes and was here within another 30. He isolated the problem which resulted in a badly fitted pipe connection which needed repairing instantly, he sourced the part and fitted it correctly within an hour or being here. Lovely chatty bloke who know his stuff. I have saved his number for the next time i need anything plumbing or boiler related. Thanks Simon

I contacted Simon after our boiler broke down, we were without heating and hot water. He did a fantastic job of getting the job done quickly, our house has never been so warm!

Simon did not turn up to do the work and did not respond to email or phone when trying to reach him to find out if there was a problem

Can’t fault the service and would recommend highly. Simon was able to diagnose fault over the phone and turned up with the correct parts to complete the repair in timely fashion.

Simon took the time to listen to the problems we were having with our current boiler, and gave us a number of options to helps us make the best choices for our family needs and budget.There was no pushy sales, and we understand all that was explained.Simon also took the time to fix a number of other problems we had been having, not related to the boiler. We have left a really positive review in the past but sadly not this time. Simon had been booked to replace a bathroom suite for 5 weeks. Not hearing from him at all we tried to contact him to select the backing for the shower. He was very slow to respond, promised to contact us and didn’t. Last Friday (installation Monday) he brought us the swatches to choose the colour. All looked good. He was due to arrive at 9am this morning. No communication at all by midday. Left voicemail etc, finally got a call early afternoon to say he had been poorly since the afternoon before and had been to hospital. He was not able to give us an alternative date when the Work could be completed. Really disappointed, a number of people really inconvenienced and upset and I asked why a message could not have been got to us earlier? I hope SimonIs better. Sadly although the first review we gave was really positive his professionalism and reliability has clearly changed. His ability to communicate has been quite frankly awful has clearly changed along with his integrity. Let us down dismally and we could not recommend his services to anyone following our experience this week.

We had a boiler problem(so we thought) we called Simon after seeing previous reviews left by customers. On the worst day of the the year the boiler stopped working.Nothing rectified the problem. We called Simon the next day Saturday and explained the problem. He was so understanding and responsive. Despite it being the weekend he came to look at the boiler on Sunday, diagnosed a pump fault not a boiler fault. On the same day he fitted a new pump, repaired a faulty valve he found and got the heating up and running. What a star. Thoughtful, honest, tidied up any mess caused by the draining of the system and was just a pleasure to meet. We have already booked some future servicing with him and simply could not thank him enough for sorting this issue out. He is very well priced for the work he did today.
