Good at selling. Got the gift for that . Not so good at after sales, or doing what they say their going to do. Say they are going to do some changes with the car you are buying, but don't do it. And just fob you off with lies.

Very friendly staff, I had a minor service while I waited. The seating area was clean and bright, I was given a lovely hot coffee and kept updated throughout. The whole process took less than an hour. Would definitely recommend.

They sold a Faulty Nissan Leaf to me which I realised after 10 minutes of driving the car and I took the car back to them but they are not taking the car back from me and are pushing me to keep the faulty car.The drive shaft of the car is faulty and whenever I press gas or break I hear a clicking noise.I am still within my consumer rights to refuse the car but they are very focused on getting rid of the faulty car by selling it to me as I am an older women and I went there with my daughter. very dishonest people and very bad customer service.
