Fantastic staff at enterprise low road , I needed a courtesy car and my insurance company used enterprise, I've never used them before but would highly recommend them to others ......the manager was friendly helpful and down to earth and the girls on the desk were first class , a big thankyou to dawnel and the newbie Holly sooooo lovely

After booking they can cancel anytime even after confirming booking. As well as that they second time hunslet branch Leeds rented me faulty van that was recovered from the motorway after an apologising they are now pursuing me for insurance money. Avoid

Twice now I have booked online well in advance with the Low Road, Hunslet, Leeds branch, but when i go to collect the car, they never seem to have the car that I have booked. I booked a SUV automatic recently as i was going to scotland with my wife and elderly parents, but when I reached there at the pickup time, they did not have any automatic. They only had a manual Kia, or smaller automatics. I already own a ford fiesta automatic, why should I hire a car from them if they can only give me the same type? Ended up with a manual Kia ultimately which was inconvenient to say the least. If they had even said in advance that they cannot provide the car i have requested then i could have looked somewhere else, but absolutely no communication from their end. They did call me half an hour before return time to ensure that I will be bringing the car back in time. In such scenarios they communicate, but absolutely no communication when they cannot provide the service promised.Also the car was not well maintained. The wipers needed the rubber replacing very badly. Back seat passenger seat belt lock was inaccesible as it was stuck in something. The petrol was 'a little more than half' when i took the car and i was told to return with the 'same amount'. It should be given full and returned full. Speaks to me of uncaring, inefficient staff who just can't be bothered. The only reason I book with them is because they are a few minutes walk from my place. I think next time I am going somewhere else.Update on 12th dec 2023 - Till date I have not received the £50 refund that was due to me as I had booked an automatic but was given a manual car. I have called several times, sent lots of emails, posted on social media, tried everything, absolutely rubbish customer service. They are liars and cheaters. will never never use them again and highly recommend everyone to never use them.

Great experience. Never felt pressured to get the full insurance covered. As a result, I did get it. Highly recommend.

Hired a van from them in June 2023 to take to Republic of Ireland and then drop off in Derry. The team were always very helpful and quick to respond anytime I had a query in the period before the hire. There was a problem with them remembering to get the green card for insurance purposes. Whilst this did cause me some worries they were apologetic and reacted quickly to resolve the omission. They also gave me a fair compensation for the error. Everything else was great and I will certainly use them again.

Arranged to hire a van,called to make sure its all good to pick up,turned up and waited for over an hour excuse after excuse i had to leave without the van,absolutely waste of my day.I wont be hiring from enterprise again not will i recommend!

The Leeds (Hunslet) branch was very helpful and the staff went above and beyond, especially Jay. They definitely deserve some recognition for their hardwork and outstanding customer service. Cannot fault the car (spotless and it drove so smooth!) or the whole experience. Even a lift to the train station when we dropped the car off (massive thank you Holly!), which was the cherry on top of hiring from this branch. Many thanks again. Will definitely hire from them again in the future!

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A RENTAL SERVICE WITH AN UNPROFESSIONAL NINCOMPOOP FOR A MANAGER. The absolute worst place to rent a car. The manager here, is an unprofessional nincompoop. I got a rental car from here, given to me with a fuel tank of either petrol/ diesel. The car broke down and these people are accusing me of mis fuelling the vehicle. The place is shady and overpriced.
