Took my car into today for an oil and filter change which couldn’t be done as the sump plug kept spinning. Once I drove home my engine management light had came on which wasn’t on before I put my car into garage. When I realised this, I went back into say that this has appeared. He said we didn’t touch anything it shouldn’t be on and not us, we only looked at the plug spinning. I said I don’t know if something has maybe been knocked, and he said we didn’t touch anything. He said we can plug it in and have a look but won’t be for an hour. He made me feel stupid by the way he spoke to me and his facial expressions and it upset me and I cried. I didn’t go back an hour later and won’t be back. Don’t recommend.TO THEIR REPLY - Never once said any of my lights were on so don’t make me out to be a liar. I only ever emailed to book in for a oil service.

I called this morning to have my tyre puncture looked at and they were able to take me in very quickly. No hassle, car was brought in and fixed. No issues at all and was all done in half an hour. Cannot express enough how accommodating the staff were, especially Rab. Thank you all so much, you have no idea what it means to me to know there are still genuine and kind people out there.Skye the dog was a bonus too! :)

Had a rattle that another garage couldn’t diagnose and someone else tell me it was £500 problem but came here for a 3rd opinion turned out to a 2 min quick fix and the guy here was amazing had it sorted in no time! Friendly and very helpful will definitely be back!

Excellent service provided at Fife Auto Centre Kirkcaldy, from Rab, Sky & Billy,I turned up first thing in the morning, I didn't have my car booked in, my car had lost power on the drive into my work in Fife having travelled from Livingston. I was so pleased they were able to fix my car at short notice and I was able to pick it up after work and drive home safely. I would highly recommend this garage. I used the garage once before when something went wrong with my previous car driving into work and they also fixed that the same day and were so helpful.Many thanks.

After being quoted £195 to replace my break pads by an independent michanic. I called Fife Autocentre Kirkcaldy. They quoted me a price of £139. Booked the car in the next day. Replaced breakpads with no issues. Saving myself £51. I'll definitely be using this garage again for any services.
