Went in for evening meal. Decided to do the 5 x small plates x2 for family of four inc 2 teenage daughters. Food was extremely tasty and good value for money. Lovely lady who served us could not have been more attentive. Incredibly warm and friendly for central London and looked after us very well. Excellent meal. Would recommend.

I am a study abroad student here for a couple months, I took my buddy who was visiting to watch a football game so we just kind of wandered in and I’ve gotta say we couldn’t have chosen a better place. Staff was incredibly friendly, we didn’t know our table number but they hooked us up no problem, just the little things that made it a great time. Fantastic atmosphere, fantastic food, fantastic drink selection. 100% recommend for a night out on the town with friends. Manager personally approached us and we had a conversation about fish and chips and the difference between London and where we are from in America. Great place all around, very happy.

Fantastic, I would give more stars if I could. Staff are all very hard working, attentive, friendly and welcoming. Food and drinks excellent. Prices very good for Central London. Would highly recommend a visit. Will most definitely be returning. This is now my local when in London. I also recommend trying a baby Guinness, yummy.

Overall, it's not a satisfying experience. The food itself wasn't great. The bread was cold and dry, so the meat and fries. The only thing fresh was the beer. The table was left dirty of ketchup, so the menus that were on the table. The app wasnt working, strangely offering collection only. The 40£ bill for 2 meals and 2 pints do not reflect the service. I know you pay for the location, but at least I'd hope food to be ok. I have been to many O'Neills in the past. They were all good, but this one.

Fantastic. We got the mega breakfast and it was delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful with our order …. And to our surprise the Guineas had an actual shamrock on it . Highly recommend and worth a visit if you are in central london.

Staff/team were so kind and lovely to my son who fell and hurt his face - especially one lady who may be the manager (?) who came to bring him some napkins, such a lovely lady. Food was very good and despite my son making a massive noise when he fell everyone was so lovely. Much appreciated x

Great venue to meet up with friends before a show or a night out in town. The team are all fantastic people, friendly first class service with a smile. The food is super tasty with a great selection. Highly recommended

As a family of four with two young boys, after walking around London central for hours, we were looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful to refuel ready for our travel home. Expecting your just run of the mill chain pub restaurant, we knew we could guarantee chicken nuggets for the boys at least, but what we got was so much more. Really friendly staff who seemed genuinely happy to be there. My youngest spilt his cola everywhere by accident, and not only did the staff help clear it up, the girl (Lib I believe was her name) happily went off to get him another drink free of charge - so kind and unexpected. The server (Andrew I think his name is) was super friendly, took a genuine interest in talking to us and engaging with the kids. I can’t tell you how welcomed we felt, and usually as a family with young boys we often feel like we’re a bit of a burden in places like this, but our experience couldn’t have been further from that. When we next come back to London we will definitely make a special visit to come back here because it left that much of an impression on us. Definitely cheap (or in better words - great value for money) and cheerful by the bucket load! The management should be proud of themselves and their team! Bravo!
