The train station refurbishment work is complete not and it looked a lot better when compared with my last visit.

Telford train station bridge is currently undergoing a revamp. (Pictures attached). This work is ongoing until late 2018 and will vastly improve the transport links into Telford Town Centre with lifts being installed. I would allow an extra few minutes to cross over the platform due to the work with a temproary bridge in place.

Good facilities and nice bit of exercise walking over to the other platform. Good transport links with only a short walk to the town centre. Ticket office as well as self service machine means not to long a wait.
