Moss Bros Peterborough

The store could use a master tailor. I never get custom made suites and I realise the one ordered to be shipped here did not have a master tailor available.The staff though are quite friendly and call to remind you when your items are ready for pick-up.

My partner visited the Peterborough store with his groomsmen party. Tried random suits on as couldn’t try the actual suit they wanted, but was ok all fitted well. Upon competing the order form they were then told, a few people couldn’t get the fit shirts they wanted, trousers and a certain shirt they wanted. They were within the 60 days of ordering suits before the wedding, so this should have all been fine and plenty of time to sort sizes etc. after a long time in there he wanted to get out, paid deposit and came away little deflated. We've since found another suit hire place as thought they were only ones in peterborough. We've since complained due to so many things being wrong and also noticed things added on to the bill which wasn't spoken about. They have been awful!!! No help with the complaint just saying it is how it is and not willing to refund us the money, still with plenty of notice. Since telling people what happened they have been appalled by it and said not the first time they have heard this. DO NOT USE them, awful service & don’t get what you want or paying for!!

Have shopped here for over 15 years. Always helpful and stock a great variety of suits/blazers. You can be sure to find something here for every occasion.

Nice clean and tidy layout. Lots of choice of off the peg suits in common sizes. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

A reasonable selection and helpful staff. A bit of a shame that products can't be identified by their labels (e.g to find them online). Everything seemed to be of good quality although the pricing reflected that.

This Retailer provided us with first customer service experience again. My Husband has issues with buying good fit trousers. Two of staff were very helpful,left the store with lovely good fitting trousers. Very pleased we shopped at Moss Bros, Peterborough. Getting good service on two visits, certainly shop there again.

Showed here for 2 years for my work suits, and at every opportunity, they are a massive help, be that recommending a local tailor to help with my jackets or getting stock from another store short notice for me they are always happy to help and ill continue to return

Absolutely appalled at the incompetence of your staff.We have been to your store in Peterborough 3 times in total and your staff are still unable to get it right.Our initial meeting was with a young girl where we chose suits be booked a fitting appointment for half of our bridal party for the following week.Upon our arrival we were told we needed an order number. We was not given an order number as no payment was taken therefore no order paid, this was obviously an error of your staff members. The girl who made the error was berated in front of our bridal party, which in itself is appalling, she should not come to work to be belittled, let alone in front of customers!Today the remaining members of the bridal party went in for their fitting, again your staff were requesting a order number - something we still did not have. I am assuming it was the store manager just by the sheer arrogance and aggression, he would not cooperate. He was rude and argumentative and informed us that he did not want our custom, simply because of the incompetence of your employees. A female member of staff could see that the situation was escalating and it looked like she just wanted to be involved and to put her two pence worth in. My partner tried to diffuse the situation while your employees were adding more fuel to the fire and your manager was far too obnoxious and rude to get down from his high horse and serve us, the customers that pay his wages.We will not be returning and we will be informing all our family and friends of the situation so they avoid. Not only have you wasted our time, you have caused unnecessary stress, an absolute disgraceful company.

Went in today to buy a suit for black tie event. They did not have my size in stock but the staff could not have been more helpful. They got me others of similar sizes to try on advised on correct cut. Did not try to upsell more expensive ones. Offered to order for me but then sent me away with all my measurements so I could order from there online store. The two sales guys I dealt with were a credit to the store in Peterborough.Thanks

I went to get a suit for a job interview, I was greeted with smiles and conversation. I'm not a suit wearer and needed a lot of advice, the lady was great with me and also patient. Nearly an hour of trying on different suits, shirts, ties, shoes, we finally had a complete outfit. I'm extremely happy and feel very confident in my new outfit. The lady serving me went above and beyond, thank you again.
