I can highly recommend The Body Centre. Mark is a very knowledgeable massage therapist and provides a friendly, relaxed environment. I have been visiting regularly for a few years.Niggles/tight muscles sometimes occur, through running and other various repetitive activities I do. Knots and tension are soon eased, he advises re best stretches and I always feel 100% back to normal andfeel my muscular/skeletal health is well maintained.

What a guy!! Relatively new to running and on the back of the Endure 24 event, I was feeling tight to say the least. Feel much better after just 1 x 1/2 hr sports massage from Mark. He also happens to be an authority on running training, which is useful for me as a newcomer to the sport. Cant speak highly enough of him. So pleased I now have his number in my phone for future. Thank you so much !!

Absolutely incredible sports massage. Was having major headaches because of knots in my shoulders and Mark sorted them out. Lovely person, made me feel at ease, identified the issue easily then fixed it for me. Would recommend him to anyone and will definitely have another one in future. Thanks Mark!
