Every part of our holiday was done step by step, which made everything so easy.Professional and very responsive to any questions we had, and all the help we needed to get all the covid passports completed.Will use the travel counselors again with no hesitation.

In this modern world of self doubt or maybe need for continued acclaim, i must admit i ignore 99% of emails that start with .....' we value your feedback or opion ' .....not on this occasion!I am here and you are reading this, because i am passionate about my answer!Travel councillors and in particular the magnificent Ria Clarke,Have very much gone the extra mile, at a time in my life where i have been affected both physically and as a male embarrassed to admit emotionally. After having a bad accident, which has currently left me unable to walk, and unable to travel easter Sunday to the USA, i was left with the worry that my silver wedding anniversary dream, was going to add to my despair. I need not of worried and was told so, from the time i came out of surgery by Ria. We have now booked two holidays, from one dream, one sadly cancelled and our replacement trip planned for March '23! Which mirrors as much as possible, those dreams in our heads. Yes....it was incredibly difficult to wave off our 4 expected travelling companions on sunday, but now feel excited for them. Safe travels lovely people, we say and thankyou so much Ria and travel councillors on behalf of my wife and i, for some how 'blowing away the dark clouds and enabling us to see the sun again'. 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service!Cant reccomend enough to answer your question in short.........John

Myself and my husband recently used Ria at the Travel Counsellor to book our honeymoon and I cannot recommend her enough! We gave a brief description of what we was looking for and she nailed it, we now cant wait to go.Rias service has been excellent and extremely personal. 5 stars!

Ria booked our honeymoon. Given the type of holiday we wanted to book, we wanted it to be perfect.She found a wonderful place that gave us the food, accommodation, watersports activities we were looking for! What she found us was paradise, we didn’t want to leave our water bungalow!Ria was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and took all the stress away for us. She is super organised and provided the personal touch! We would highly recommend!

We haven't travelled anywhere for many years and in chronic pain everything relating to travel became more difficult. Our travel counsellor Ria was amazing, she took all the things associated with stress and travel and magically made them disappear. Knowing she was there helped too. My elderly Mum really wanted to see her family in the States, so even though we're both unwell - Ria helped make our holiday - magical! We highly recommend Ria Clarke.

We booked a last minute staycation through Ria and the park was fantastic,outdoor pool, entertainment, good value drinks and food onsite and lots of days out within a 20 minute drive. We were lucky enough to have some fantastic weather and it felt like we were somewhere abroad.We will always book through Ria, she has such experience and professional advice and nothing is too much trouble.
