I have struggled to find a chair yoga class that didn't make you feel incompetent cos I cant get up once I get down! Victim of lockdown inasmuch as I now have a knee problem that hasnt been seen by a professional since December 2019! Consequently self - help is the answer. I love this class and find it increases my mobility and my flexibility and Debbie, our tutor, is patient while maintaining a professional touch, and is not at all patronising, something which is very important to me. After her class, I feel wonderful.

Excellent yoga class, very friendly and not too busy. The yoga instructor (Debbie) is very informative and can easily verbalize what positions and moves are needed to get the right posture and to get the most out of the class so it's suitable for all levels
