Checking van,than ordered tow bar,ask £70 deposit, when should fitted been told can't do it. No deposit back !!! AVOID . To be fair, that's happened a few years ago.

Very helpful and fitting my towbar on my car definitely recommend

Booked our car in to have the tow bar fitted was told it would take 5 hours. Why I don't know because a normal tow bar takes 2 to 3 hours. On the 5th hour of waiting we was told by the manager there is a delay because one of the other cars they were working on was a problem. Working on another 3 cars as well as mine . On the 6th hour of waiting we was told there is a part missing and can we come back the next day. By this time I was very upset the fact we waited 6 hours and it still wasnt done because someone didnt order the parts. We travelled 2 hours to this place to get the tow bar fitted.They sent the same man out to our car the next day to fix the missing part. Using his teeth to pull the plastic of the wire .My husband said are you going to check all ok the man replied we tested it yesterday.Couple of days later someone told us we had no rear lights and that it was down to the tow bar. Phoned Ross boss at HQ left a message got no reply from her.They sent an independent fitter out today who said the wireing was in a right mess and shouldn't have been left like it. So overall not a happy customer wont recommend.
