I ordered the Old Hunting Habit padded jacket in size medium.I am usually a 12 in jackets and coats.The arm length on the jacket is fine, but the fit is really strange.Around the bust particularly.The jacket was described on the website as green but it’s more of a gold colour.There is also no lining at all on the jacket so it sticks to your arms and feels cheap and flimsy.I never write reviews but I feel like this could help people when choosing a jacket from the website, and also for the company themself.Sadly I will not be wearing the jacket, it’s probably the poorest fitting jacket I have owned and the colour looks horrible on me.

Couldn’t place an order initially as ‘we don’t ship to your location’ even though I live in England. Then items arrive and the sizing is…generous, go to create an exchange. Cannot exchange discounted items ( which apparently also means when they’re doing promotions!), so now I’m stuck with £150 of clothing I can’t even wear!! Won’t be ordering again.EDIT - It’s now been almost 7 weeks since I initially placed my order. I made contact with Amy after this initial review. She made a comment about how difficult it is having young children and running a business, not sure of the relevancy. Amy also advised she would be in the office the following day to sort my refund out -what a lie. After many weeks, multiple emails and an attempt to make contact via social media, I am STILL waiting to hear back from Amy. Judging from the other negative reviews, this is a common occurrence. Would heavily advise not ordering from this ‘company’. Customer service is none existent.

Impossible to contact, I wanted to buy a Habit and accessories for my daughter for circa £1,500, no replies from email, contact form, online chat or social media for 4 weeks. Why run a business if you wont reply to people? Having read reviews and coments on facebook posts I looks like I got off light by being ignored before purchase rather than after.

I’ve ordered a few times from The Old Hunting Habit and each time I received my order to Ireland within a few days. Customs service was excellent, any questions I had were replied to within a day.The Habit I bought is excellent quality, would definitely recommend this product if your in the market for a new one :)

Sent me an empty cut-up carrier bag and then my emails were repeatedly ignored. I was then given excuses such as she was busy because she has 2 children who are on holiday and blaming Royal Mail.Absolutely terrible service.I haven’t got my goods but they’ve had my money for 2 months.
