Disgusting attitude and customer service. I went to them with a puncture - PASSENGER SIDE. I was advised to have 2 new front tyres, I paid £150. The next morning the DRIVERS SIDE was completely flat. I paid £25 on my breakdown cover excess to be towed to a different local garage for repair as I live out of the area. The local garage who fixed it told me they had left the rubber part off of the pin in the valve so all of the air escaped. Toms tyres took no responsibility & said there was a problem with the sensor.. HOW DID I NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT TYRE BEFORE I WENT THERE THEN ? ALL I ASKED was for my £25. I had NO PROBLEM with driver side tyre before I went there. After a long battle and being passed the phone to a very argumentative man, I got £15. I will be spreading the word for people to AVOID your horrible customer service. Photo for reference of how the valve SHOULD look and DIDNT.

Needed 2 tyres quickly and these was only place that had the size so got 2 part worn fitted they didn’t put the tyre monitor things back in the wheels also one of the tyres shredded the next day so had to call rac out to fit a brand new tyre and the other tyre you have to inflate every 3-4 days wouldn’t bother with them at all stay clear

Absolute cowboys. Broke my wrench for my locking wheel nuts and covered it up and played it off in broken English. I took my car later that week to a respectable garage and it turned out they hadn't even changed the tyres properly, nuts being not tightened correctly. Avoid this place. Go to a trustworthy garage even if it costs you more.
