Nice old industrial themed bridge

A real Salford landmark. The bridge has been in its current location from the very beginning of the regeneration of the quays. It used to be the swing rail bridge linking the Salford and Manchester sides of the docks and fortunately was saved and moved to where it is now.Nice to stroll across and get a different view of the quays, almost as if you're on a ship. The industrial architecture serves a reminder of what the quays once were and it still provides people a place to jump off into the water on hot days!
