Waited 25 minutes while they dispensed one prescription with two items. Go to a different pharmacy if you're able to get to another. If they'd told me the wait was so long I'd have left. I was the only person there!

they are very slow and constantly get my name wrong also sometimes they cut my prescription in half and I have to wait a few weeks for the other half

The staff at Higher Greaves pharmacy are amazing. They are professional, polite and super efficient. They know exactly what they are doing and they know exactly how to run a prescription dispensing service. I have used a few pharmacies over the last few years for collecting my prescriptions (ordered through the myGP app) and Higher Greaves is definitely the best. I won't be going anywhere else. Please don't close down!

A wonderful community pharmacy with excellent service and staff who truly care about the welfare and health of their customers. Simone the pharmacist went above and beyond for me and gave service I have never experienced before. All staff are kind and friendly and will do their best for you. All in all a great team.

Moved to this pharmacy six months ago as had bad experience at other local one from lost prescriptions to being given the wrong medication. This is a completely different story. Kind and helpful staff even ringing the doctors while I waited to enquire about a missing prescription. They text me when my medicines are ready and they make it really easy. I am so grateful to have this pharmacy nearby.
