Yvette Pilates and Massage
After previously attending Yvettes pilate classes I recently visited her for a sports massage on my neck and shoulders.I basically couldn't move my head to the left and had been in daily pain for months. Yvette got straight to work and at the end of the first session I could already feel such a difference. After 2 session I couldn't feel any pain anymore.Yvette worked her way through various steps, explaining everything along the way, always checking if I was OK with the pressure and moves.Will definitely be using her in the future and highly recommend her!
