Had to pay upfront to secure the order which we received after several months. Big mistake as no after-sale care and practically impossible to get a response/update throughout. Severe problem with alignment of drilled holes for handles which forces them out of alignment when fitted. After several weeks of more chasing, the manager came out to view, agreed and would speak to the manufacturer. After more weeks of chasing, I'm sent a response from the manufacturer who states they are within tolerance and they aren't going to replace them. The manager sends out a fitter to see what he can do. He agrees they're not right, does what he can but we're left with handles which aren't completely straight, level and can't even get the screw in one of them. No courtesy follow up call from the manager.
