You are not my friend then why you are addressing a customer as 'hey'. You have to learn manners to treat customers. Yes I was given credit note and when I asked about it expiry date, I was told by your staff that there is no expiry for that online code. If I was told accurate info I would have used the credit on time, I would n't have wasted my money....nobody want. More over I did not argue for my money back ...I just gave my feedback what I experienced. so do you expect customers should not have right to give feedback ? It does not matter small/big business...you have to provide good customer service.I would have give minus review if available.dis-honest shop...I was given refund e-credit note and I was told by one of the staff that it does not has an expiry date... But when I tried to use after an year, they said the e note is expired as it is valid only or 12 months...I went to the shop directly and asked them that how I was given wrong info...they don't have any explanation. Seems carelessness...staff were not properly trained on giving accurate info to customers.

I had a problem with a Celtic shirt badge , brought it to these guys and they were able to help me out no problem at all .Friendly ,helpful and informative and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We moved to Sumo Sam's as uniform suppliers as our old supplier were terrible.These guys have been amazing. Very professional, prompt and polite.Plus it's always good to support a local family business

John at Sumosam saved my Christmas today!!What amazing service!!I called today asking was there any chance I could have a jumper made for my son as he'd asked for one for Christmas, I needed it that same day as we were going away the next morning.I knew it was a long shot and thought it probably would be possible but within two hours the emblem was designed and jumper provided!!I am so grateful, we will now have one very happy boy at Christmas and a mum who has a lot less guilt!I highly recommend this fantastic company so kind and very helpful.

It’s my best friends stag do this weekend and I completely forgot about the tradition of getting an outfit. I called and spoke to John on Tuesday placed an order on Wednesday and he had my order turned round and sent to me by Friday which is unbelievably quick. Absolute life saver and will use these guys again for any event !

Bought two bags for my girl and she loves them very much, good quality and not expensive. We live in Canada and it was cheaper to pay oversea delivery than buy here. Very nice service as well. Good luck for your business!
