Previously a good company, now one to definitely avoid.They cancelled my return at the last minute, didn’t turn up in the rescheduled slot (9am-6pm) and had to chase them in the evening to find out what was happening. Then charged me for an extra month (due to their earlier cancellation) and ignored multiple requests for a refund.

They said they'd come from 9am to 6pm and now it is 8pm and they haven't shown up yet. I've sent them countless emails and called them multiple times but their lines are always full. my mother from abroad has been calling. I have a flight to catch tomorrow and missing this flight because of this will cause other issues. as a person with anxiety this unprofessional behaviour is off-putting. i really hope my next edit is a positive one.Update: They nevwr showed. They emailed me the next day saying the van had mechanical issues but they could've easily contact me to let me know so I can find something alternative to do. Their laid-back business model is unprofessional.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I have booked and paid for a return and three times the return has not been delivered in the 9-6pm window. No one answers the phone. I don't think I'm ever going to get my stuff back.

Awful experience. They cancelled my return last minute twice, and once they brought my stuff a suitcase was missing, which took another couple of days to be delivered. Definitely I do not recommend them.

Initial experience was good.However they lost an item that was fairly expensive. I filed a missing item claim in November and have had to chase them endlessly to no avail.They said my claim was approved and payment would be made in January but I have not received it yet.I try to call and follow up by email but they don’t respond and lately don’t even pick up the phone.I tried to be patient before posting this review but it has been truly horrible service.

short story: had to keep chasing company to return my items, threatened litigation and now they say (in line with my suspicions) that they have lost my 10 boxes worth of items.Do NOT use this service if you actually want your items back punctually, would give this zero stars if I could. Am typing this review at 6.07pm having spent the whole day cooped up at home, which is past the 9am-6pm window. At 545pm the online chat service will be closed, phoneline will be busy so you can forget it.Day 2: Sent emails, called and left a voice message, asked online for a confirmation that my return will be prioritised given the no-show (which I think is the least they can do for you), customer service is unable to promise that my items will be returned by the end of today. UPDATE: informed that items would not be returned to me today, and offered to refund, without giving any other concrete updates. I offered to pay additional, to even wait until 9pm for my items to be returned by the end of today but Bystored refused to help despite all the compromises made.Day 3, 4: Nothing but empty promises that the matter would be looked into, ZERO concrete updatesDay 14: ZERO, the company also does not respond even after I sent an email first thing Monday morning, it is Fri morning now and I have no updates. I suspect they lost my items and are just dragging it out and I am never going to be able to book a slot.Week 3: I have stopped chasing this company because my time is precious and they clearly don't value the time of the customers (refusing to respond to any of my emails sent or responding vaguely on the company website). I have now issued them an email warning them of legal action if they fail to resolve the situation. Let's see how this progresses.

They said the investigation is going(How is this even possible) but obviously they are not and it’s been already 12 days.Fun fact: They even don’t have a office apparently. I visited to the address myself on purpose to talk in person.Day 2: said sorry againDay 3, 4: Nothing but sorry and empty promises that the matter would be looked into, ZERO concrete updatesDay 14: ZERO and said sorry. I suspect they already not here in the UK.Exactly same situation I am facing with the guy below who already had experience 2 weeks earlier or experiencing still. I was advised to give them last warning message with 14days deadline then legal action will be progressing.

Extremely horrible service and experience from them. Couldn't go anywhere the entire day just to wait for the storage delivery to NOT TURN UP, even after getting the message that delivery will be done on that day. Repeated requests to schedule the new date have been attempted, and they have been so unhelpful. This will absolutely be the last time I'm using them because I simply do not need this immense stress and disruption. The onus is not on your customers to constantly chase for a reschedule!! Only for them to reply, asking me to wait for further updates time and time again. If you want to get your items as scheduled, DO NOT USE this storage company. I've called and emailed them repeatedly to no avail. Such an unreliable service. With so many other better options, it's mind-boggling as to why anyone will choose to risk it with this one.

I got an email from them saying the returns is going to be delayed, and I ask when would it delay until will I get it today, no respond after this, no email, no one on phone I even message on instagram nope, I asked on google map they read my message but don't respond. I guess I ll see...
