Brands Hill Post Office

Great post office. Shop well stocked with everything you’d ever need love it. Friendly shop people. Bonus free parking right outside!

I've sent over 200 items via Royal Mail from this shop. Not one parcel has gone missing (always send it recorded). If given a choice I will always use them even though they're not a main post office. Good basics for shopping. Great job- to all those involved.

I drop parcels every day. I receive a professional and quick service when Harpi, Acash and other guys on the shift. :) only one complicated bold guy working there... Long story :D

I went in with two Amazon returns. The girl knew exactly what to do and the tech worked flawlessly. Polite and friendly. Could not fault.

I posted 2 parcels on 2 different days from this post office. Both buyers are claiming a refund as it didn't reach them. Everything I sent around that time (from different post offices) have all arrived. Think they are not putting items into the sack like they are supposed to. Very dodgy.

Had a parcel delivered here as I struggled to be in for the post man. What a faf!! I went on the date it was meant to be delivered bit early so ok I had to go back after 12:00. Couldn’t make it back & went the next day to be told the parcel wasn’t there STILL!Are you kidding ROYAL MAIL.I had to chase the lady who sent the parcel thankfully she had it signed for and was pinpointed the location I went back with the evidence (screen shots of signature, location & name of person who signed)I had given my driving license with my full name & home address yet because the parcel didn’t have a name I wasn’t going to be given it.Come on!Common sense it’s mine I’ve come to collect with VALID ID.Then the best thing you have the cheek to charge me a handling fee don’t even care how much it was it’s the principal. even tho the staff at this post office made me come back 3 times!! And even tho the parcel was there. Absolute joke.Just train the staff to be competent to just do a simple job

Based on my last visit... would give no stars if possible.Nice that its local but the staff for Post Office can be just plain RUDE. Came in with a pre paid return package and told should have the weight" when i queried this was asked "what i was talking for" by the staff. Had to explain that if asked nicely my response will be teh same. Avoid if you can is my overall opinion. We had 2 much closer but they were closed or decided to operate as post offices. Stuck with unless you travel further afield. NO STARS. Oh the alcohol is overpriced (guess to take advantage of the locals who have no near supermarket or real alternative) Cluttered store could go on but think i have been honest enough."

Great post office!The staff were very helpful, open late, well stocked. 5 well deserved stars, if only I could have positive compliments for some of their customers…

Useless staff here, they don’t have a clue what to do in the postoffice. A shame for Royal Mail letting everyone to work without minimum of knowledge!

I never got my packages I mail back to the US. When looking at the receipt when I got home it has a date of transaction of 2/12/2018, I sent packages on 12/2/2018. When trying to track on line, my tracking # does not work. What happened to my packages. I insured each for $75.00, how do I get reimbursed???? NOT happy at all with this service. And really the service is not even 1 star but I can't post unless I put in a star. Service is actually a negative 100000000 frowning faces and swearing
