The Knot Bridal

Had the loveliest experience shopping at The Knot. There was a specific dress I had my eye on and Hannah managed to squeeze me in the next day - she was so responsive and helpful! The shop itself is beautiful; so tasteful and welcoming, with plenty of choice but not overwhelming. Hannah was so patient and at no point did I feel like I was being pushed into anything; she even let me hold a dress and come back a few days later with my mum, on a day they normally don't do fittings. I honestly couldn't be happier or recommend The Knot enough, I'm so delighted to have my dream dress from such a lovely place and person. To top it all off - a lovely little personalised message made the whole experience feel even more special and personal. Can't wait to come back and talk accessories!

The bridal party went today for the first dress try on at this bridal shop. Well, Hannah, what an amazing human. So kind, patient and caring. With a genuine desire for the bride to find the right dress, with no pressure that it's one of the dresses in this shop. Really good genuine advice, with a lovely kind presence to go with. Thank you Hannah, for putting up with us rowdy bunch! I hope we're back to say yes to a dress! Absolutely beautiful selection, lovely atmosphere.

Visited The Knot a few weeks ago after searching online for a particular dress. Hannah was absolutely lovely. She put me completely at ease and was so knowledgable. There was no pressure to make a purchase, but I was thrilled to find my dress. I’d absolutely recommend this bridal boutique!

I have recently purchased my wedding gown from The Knot and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The shop itself is beautiful with a gorgeous range of dresses. I wasn’t initially sure of the style I was looking for, but Hannah was very knowledgeable and helped me select styles to suit my shape.I highly recommend visiting the knot!

I contacted the Knot Bridal on instagram to arrange an appointment for the 13th Sept. This was arranged and booked a month in advance and the appointment was confirmed. One of the follow up questions was asking for my wedding date - which is 3rd September 2024. I live in Sydney and have flown back to spend time with family so this was a one time opportunity to have this experience with my mum, auntie and best friend who had all taken the day off work as it was mid week. We arrived and everything was locked up, called the number, left messages and messaged on instagram and no reply. Even if they had mixed up the dates by accident thinking it was the 3rd, why had nobody contacted me to check so this could have been caught earlier? It's now a week after and I've still not had any reply to apologise or even acknowledge their mistake. Absolutely disgusting customer service and ruined a day that should have been so special for us. She said they were moving showrooms soon so I think they're just not bothering with customers atm. Do not waste your time and money with people who can't even manage appointments or have the decency to reply to messages. I would not risk buying a dress from here.

Hannah at The Knot was everything I hoped in a bridal shop owner. After a brief chat she knew the exact dress I was hoping to find and yet still encouraged me to try others on so I was sure. She listened to me and gave me options on how to ensure the dress I chose was The Dress. I’m so happy I found The Knot and will recommend to every friends in need of The Dress. I have just purchased my wedding dress from The Knot and I am so, so pleased I found this wonderful little boutique. Hannah was amazing from start to finish and made the whole experience memorable. I recently had a bridal appointment with Hannah at the knot bridal. The shop is beautiful with a great selection of dresses. It was a quiet peaceful and private appointment with just my bridesmaid. I am very self conscious, but Hannah made me feel comfortable. There was absolutely no mention of my size or the budget, very different to other bridal shops I have visited, where the focus was on what size, how much and how quickly I would need to order. A lovely appointment and very refreshing, with much talk of how I felt about each dress and style. would highly recommend to anyone looking for a more personal service. Thank you Hannah :)
