Bernice’s classes have been a total lifesaver while pregnant. My muscle tone and pelvic floor have notably improved, and I’ve always felt really comfortable in her classes. Thought it always put into ensuring the positions are safe for pregnancy, and I always feel amazing afterwards! Brilliant value for money.

Bernice was great when i asked her to help me with some problems I was having postpartum. Her experience as a midwife and Pilates expert was the exact skill set I needed to help me. Our 121 session involved an assessment followed by her showing me a set of exercises I could do to resolve my diastasis recti. She then followed up by putting together an exercise plan I could do during the week taking into account my time poor lifestyle with a newborn! Really good experience.

Bernice is a true rare gem! Her classes (online and in person) are so well structured, friendly, inclusive, varied, fun and great value. Bernice really cares for her clients (mummies) and brings so much experience to working with each person as an individual. Her online postnatal programme is fab - highly recommend.
