Called Russ to have a look at a slow charging and no data transfer issue on my Samsung Galaxy S10 a few months ago because I was ripped off by another local phone shop, they robbed me of £40 after they (the phone shop I went to originally) told me they repaired my phone so they said, I got back home to check and problem still persisted, I'm still waiting for that phone shop to refund me.Russ had corrected that with most phone shops when it comes to needing any work such as de-soldering and replacing parts the majority of the time they're not interested.Now that after Russ officially carried out the successful repair my phone works like a dream and i'm now able to fast charge and do data transfer again.
