Early Years Nursery - Bexhill College

Don’t hire people with disabilities and have no experience with them ,they had no idea before I went there about my disability even though I wrote it on my application form, and don’t give you feedback to work on if you don’t get the job which can really help someone like myself with autism.They also didn’t give me the questions before hand which I stated on my form I needed as part of my understanding with autism , pre planning and notes are part of who I am.Perhaps a bit of retraining for disabilities could help future candidates like myself.

This is by far the best nursery in the area. Loving and nurturing environment. Friendly staff and you really feel like they care about and get to know your child. My youngest of 4 went there and I can safely say this is where I’ve felt happiest and my child had flourished.

An excellent nursery for any child. My neurodivergent son is flourishing at this setting due to the commitment and support from their dedicated staff. Thank you team Early Years!

A fantastic nursery with incredibly supportive staff. They have helped my child develop his speech and confidence so much. My child feels happy and safe with his 'nursery family' at Early Years.

Early years nursery have been amazing for both my girls. My first had an amazing experience where they fully prepared her for school and worked in great partnership with Pebsham school helping the transition for her.When I signed up my second I was pleasantly surprised to see the same staff team which with a 3 year gap is very rare in nurseries. My youngest who still attends the nursery is Autistic and I could not fault the nursery. They have listened to us as parents of her struggles at home. Worked with us to make strategies to help her to settle and grow. Every professional from Isend who have come to visit my daughter at the nursery all report back to me how amazing they are for children of need and all children and how welcoming they are to any suggestions from them.The senco is just amazing and continues to want to learn more and more to help a huge range of needs in children.Thank you early years

I can't recommend Early Years Nursery highly enough.There's a wonderful and warm atmosphere at the nursery and every member of staff is attentive and caring and puts the children first.
