Just completed a deal through New Mills Property and could not have asked for a better, more professional group of people. I personally dealt with Keith and Mitch along my journey of selling a house as they put together the sale proposal, solicitors and managed the deal. It made my life so easy as they were there every step of the way to help and guide me through some challenging times. Their patience and constant support gave me so much reassurance as a seller, but above all they stuck to their word and the deal went through really well. I would not hesitate to use them again for future deals and would strongly recommend if you have a house for sale, to renovate or manage then these are the people to ring, straight forward business people, thanks again.

Beware!!. All goes well until you leave and they will do anything to separate you from your deposit money. Attempting to charge me 69.20 for bedding (they must get it in Harrods) after I left brand new bedding for the new Tenant. Then claimed I should have left the old bedding. I have laundered and returned only to be told it’s worn…… of course it is I used it for nearly a year and that’s why I replaced it. Also trying to charge over £90 for cleaning a room and shower room. Avoid Dave Jones and his merry band of thieves at all costs!!!! Would like to add to this review. I disputed the ridiculous cost this company tried to charge me through the Deposit Protection Scheme out of £160 in deductions I was found liable for £60. I would highly recommend anyone dealing with these people use the service. They have no regard for people or the law. As for the “reply” given below….. I don’t need a breakdown of joke charges, I could see them when you tried to rip me off.Please, please do not let these people get away with ripping you off. There are things in place to protect you from slum landlords such as these.

I have Been using New Mills properties for some time now and couldn't ask for better. Bradley who has been dealing with me is always attentive and ready to step in at time needed, currently have over 7 rooms and never have any issues. Smooth process would defientley recommend.

Would not recommend. The house was incredibly mouldy, messy and the customer service is non existent.Tried since 1st of March to contact Sally to see how we go about returning the keys and as such got no communication back. Sent several emails and countless calls to try get this resolved with no information provided.Have no lived in the house since before December and was agreed that no rent would be paid after March payment. We are no in May and Sally has finally emailed back, but ignoring all other questions and has only demanded payment for April and May even though she herself said it ended in March... A month earlier than the 25th April cut-off.We still have no information on where to return the keys or anything. Dreadful service.Deposit also not returned due to stains on the bedding and attempting to charge over £140 for new bedding". The bedding was stored away on moving in and own personal bedding was used during the use of this property and was never once used."
