Great Service.Friendly and knowledgeable staff. All appointments after that were as planned from the chimney inspection to fluetech who prepared the chimney.Craig and Harry the fitters were brilliant. Spent 10 hours fitting and making sure it was perfect. Very happy with the end result.Highly recommended!

this is a zero star company had a fireplace installed by them.. on initial visit and quote seemed very pleasant and helpful.. once taken the deposit the cracks appeared.. had to cough up for a new flue.. which should have been inspected on the initial visit.. the flu was replaced by the brother of one the lads who works on the shop floor.. who absolutely destroyed my roof in doing and it leaks till this date.. the installation job took well over a few months.. the fire needs new batteries every few weeks. The plaster job was an absolute mess.. the fire has never really worked.. well over £4000 spent and still few years later suffering. no warranty no guarantees no nothing.. this is a thieving company. Do NOT use, I hope this review reaches as many people as possible and affects business as you have affected my life and pocket.

The information, help and advice was great at the time of sale. the installation went well but when a fault developed in the stove within the first 12 months their response was terrible.They told me that any warranty on the stove wasn't with them but directly with the manufacturer in Germany.Then they offered to help by seeing if they had the part in stock although I would have to pay for it. Weeks passed by and I had to chase for info until they said they didn't have the part but could order it in if I paid up front. I paid and then I waited, and waited and waited. After sending emails chasing them up they eventually said that they couldn't get the part from the manufacturer and would return my money. This triggered more waiting and follow up emails until the cheque eventually appeared.I managed to source the part I needed from another company.Artisan are good when you are buying a new stove, they can't help you enough but their after sales service is the worst.

Whole experience was bad from start to finish. The finish was particularly bad and had to have the wall skimmed. The mess was out of this world.

The stone hearth had broken in the first month which Artisan claim was due to the stone being stood on! The photos illustrate that this was because the front of the hearth was not touching the floor: a ruler could be slid from one side to the other 16 under the 15" deep. The limestone hearth is 150cm wide and 3cm thick: which cracked because it was not unsupported. No supports on the back part.The photos illustrate how is was installed on a pile of loose rubble

Bought a fire from them in 2020 and they arranged installation, we complained has the fire had really low flames and wasn't even warm, they send installer back out who said there was nothing wrong with it, then a few weeks ago we had new meters fitted and they said we had a gas leak so capped it off, got a gas engineer out and he fixed the leak but had to correct some of the pipework that artisan did has it didn't meet regulations they had also left an old gas tap in that was restrcting gas supply to fire, hence to say we now have lovely warm fire at the cost of an extra £250

This is the second time I have used Artisan. The first time I had gas fire fitted, this time it was a wood burner. It was a good price and included a chimney liner and fitting, Craig and Harry, the fitters, were brilliant from start to finish. They were extremely professional, courteous and did a great job. I cannot recommend Artisan plus Craig and Harry enough. Fantastic!

No customer service, they keep putting you off, hoping that you will just go away. The quality of work,of putting in the fire is none existent, very poor workmanship, I would say to stay clear and go to another company. I wish I had done. Alex Wigglesworth.

Really poor after service .Spent nearly £4000 on a gas fire.Have an issue now and have spoken to customer service several times.They never return a call .Spoken to 3 or 4 different customer service individuals still no outcome .Beware!!!
