Very well stocked shop. Most items are reasonably priced, some are expensive, but down to the individual budget. Anything to do with any sport or fitness, you will get it here. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Absolutely rubbish store and business as a whole, avoid at all cost as no refunds as original payment method if anything is wrong with your purchase. Utterly disgusting and no customer service for any issues. Avoid and save your money!!!

Ordered two pairs of shoes, both were a size too small.Declined paid return postage, declined cash refund instore, had to return them at my own expense. No phone number to get in touch with anyone and the corporate staff I was in touch with via email were appalling.

Went back to the Falkirk store to exchange a gift I had bought for a bigger size, but they didn't have what I wanted. I was first of all told I could have a refund, then another member of staff came along and said that because there wasn't anything wrong with it I couldn't have a refund, that it would have to be an exchange or a credit note. I new I probably wouldn't use a credit note, so had to end up exchanging it for something I didn't really need or want. Not a nice way to treat a customer! Also the staff need to learn to be a bit more pleasant with the customers!

Who knew that Sports Direct return policy was as shambolic as it is. When trying to return an item of clothing I was informed that only an exchange would be offered and not a return. ALL other retailers offer this level of service. As far as service goes Sports Direct have none. The manager also had a very bad attitude and refused to give her name or her area managers name. Also it seems that the companies policy is to treat in store customers differently from online customers. It is fair to say I will never be shopping at Sports Direct again and would urge caution for anyone looking to purchase a gift for someone thinking that if it is not right they will be able to return it. This is not the case. Terrible company with terrible values.

This store has so many great specials, all the time!You can buy everything to do with sports, camping, safety wear, leisure, swimming, golfing, soccer, rugby...brands. Beautiful gym outfits too.

Does not provide refunds either with in store purchases or indeed online. In order to gain a refund you must send the items back to the warehouse at your own cost. (aplrox:£10 per shoe box) It is illegal for any Company refuse a refund.According to the newspapers: sports direct only offer zero hrs contracts and employ lots of young people, because they are cheaper to employ. Morally and ethical unclean. Soon as this business" goes into administration the better. I won't be using this business ever again. Advise you not to either."

Prices are what you expect from this store, some good bargains and staff can be hit and miss, either too busy as not enough of them or hiding away. On a good day its very good and its not the first time i have seen people leave due to wait times etc.Stock is usually good and the website is always handy alongside its pick up location.For all this i still take a trip to it for a check and its 2 floors are full of a wide range of sporting gear. Some of the aisles can be a bit of a squeeze when busy or when you have buggy/pram/wheelchair and parking spaces may be a bit harder to get during busy periods and a slightly longer walk may be needed.
